Absolutely amazing hotel! Brilliant spa, the most helpful staff. They really went above and beyond in every aspect. Quality of breakfast was outstanding. Beautiful room and view. Booking for next trip already!

Wonderful weekend in this magnificent hotel. The service (restaurant, reception, porter, valet, etc.) is exceptional! The Spettacolo restaurant is a gem! It's a true 5-star hotel but with a young and dynamic touch that is highly appreciated! The SPA is also magnificent!! A small downside is the SPA reception, which is a little too "messy" and "fast" for a spa.

Everything was perfect, from the room decor to the food and the spa. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. We fully enjoyed ourselves and recharged our batteries. It's nice to stay in a luxury hotel that has managed to maintain its high standards!

Deuxième séjour au Lenkerhof Gourmet Spa Resort et toujours aussi satisfait. Dès l'arrivée l'accueil est très professionnel et agréable, prise en charge des bagages, service voiturier et service de la réception tout est parfait. La chambre est bien agencée, bons équipements douche, baignoire, WC, excellent lit confortable. Le SPA est également à recommander. Au restaurant aussi bien le menu du dîner 5 plats que le petit-déjeuner sont excellents. Le personnel est attentionné, sans exagération ce qui est agréable, et un grand effort est fait pour parler dans plusieurs langues. Je me réjouis d'une prochaine occasion de séjourner au Lenkerhof.

Nous séjournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel et avons toujours été très bien accueillis. Cependant, cette fois-ci, l’accueil n’a pas été aussi chaleureux et explicatif que les années précédentes. Nous nous demandons si cela est dû au fait que nous avions réservé via un bon Qoqa ou simplement parce que nous sommes des habitués. De plus, alors que d’autres clients arrivés en même temps que nous ont reçu un verre de bienvenue, nous n’y avons pas eu droit. Cela dit, la chambre était impeccable, avec une literie très confortable, garantissant un excellent repos. Au restaurant, les plats étaient splendides, aussi bien visuellement que gustativement. En revanche, nous avons trouvé l’attitude des serveurs un peu moqueuse. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner était, comme toujours, excellent, avec un large choix de produits de qualité. Enfin, si l’accueil à notre arrivée nous a laissés un peu perplexes, le check-out, lui, a été très professionnel, ce que nous avons apprécié. En résumé, un séjour globalement agréable, mais avec quelques points d’amélioration au niveau de l’accueil et du service.

Wir waren schon öfters im Lenkerhof. Unter der neuen Leitung wurden wir nun äusserst freundlich und kompetent begrüsst und so wurde der Aufenthalt von A-Z zu einem wunderschönen und erholsamen Erlebnis. Wir hatten eine schöne Suite und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Betten sind sehr gut und es hat überall genug Platz. Im SPA Bereich haben wir einzig zu bemängeln, dass dort genügend Badetücher fehlen . Da auch auswärtige Gäste den Bereich nutzen, fehlen genügend Liegen in den Ruheräumen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
